Reading and Discussing Poems of Spirit and Nature Together:
A conversation hosted by Richard Tucker
Thursday, February 11 at 7 p.m.

Michigan Friends Center is on the wooded 92-acre land of Friends Lake Cooperative Community, where we find renewal in the silence of Nature. Everyone is invited to share an evening of reading and discussing poems by various authors (Americans and others) who capture that spiritual center. Our host, Richard Tucker, will bring copies of a dozen of his favorites for us to read and contemplate together. Bring your own for us to share. Everyone is welcome; we’ll have refreshments on a wintry evening. Donations are welcome, to help with the Center’s expenses.

Every winter the Gemini folk singers bring us a program of upbeat music. We'll have winter delights outside if the snowman cooperates and inside if she doesn't, and hot cider and snacks for everyone before the music begins.
